BIA Edge does not use access-request messages or MCP queries to train foundation models. Marketing analytics are not loaded on this page. See security and confidentiality.

What access includes
BIA Edge lets your AI search immigration-law sources that matter in practice: precedential cases, ImmCite checks, unpublished BIA and AAO decisions, statutes, state criminal codes, USCIS policy, and specific passages it can cite.
If you already know your setup, mention whether you need sign-in access or an API key. If you do not, just say which AI tool you use and what kind of research you want it to handle.
For confidential client work, use an enterprise or no-training AI client and avoid client identifiers unless they are necessary and authorized.
